We had no fights nothing. However, when I had texted him Happy birthday 2 weeks ago, he did not reply or acknowledge my text.
And last night, he deleted me off whatsapp. I could see his last seen and now I cannot.
He is not coming to university as well so I cannot ask him what happened. I'm afraid of texting him as I think he will block me.
Before this, I had noticed that he was online at 2 , 3 6 am , odd times and I suspected that he was talking to someone else. And now, two weeks later, I can no longer see his last seen nor is he coming to university so that I can talk.
Why did he delete me and what should I do?

Why do you think he wants me to that? I was changing my pic, removing it. Only my contacts can see my profile pic so do you think he thought I deleted him?
That's insightful and could of happened but why not just ask him yourself?
What if he doesn't reply? I could see his last seen until 20.18 pm yesterday so he clearly deleted or did something after that.

Because it was so sudden without warning. You two hardly was talking... he could be trying to get your attention or want you to care what do you have to lose? Nothing. You may gain something. Not sure what it could be but ask him!!
Before he didn't even text back when I sent him a birthday text. Could it be that he's found someone else and is no longer interested?
