Should I get my ex a Christmas gift?

It's been a year since we broke up but were still both hurt from the breakup, and I know he recently moved into his apartment and it would be his first Christmas there, and usually he doesn't care for Christmas because no one ever gets him anything.

And I can't help but feel like everyone deserves to have something to open on Christmas. I know he doesn't want to work things out and would rather stay single and have fun, but regardless out of love I can't help but want to do it.
