I'm sorry that you had to go through something like that. It's difficult. It's important though that you be kind to yourself first and foremost. Think good of yourself and accept that it happened. Not because it was your fault but the buildings that are built on weak foundations tend to fall.
Accept it and try to keep yourself occupied. Work, friends, family, pets (if you have any). Avoid spending time alone as it tends to send us into overthinking which worsens the problems. Try and develop a hobby if u don't have one already. And most importantly, keep hopeful.
This too shall pass. 😇
