Anytime I'm in a relationship with a woman, despite my obvious desire to keep the arrangement going for as long as possible, this is contingent upon her being quite happy and sated. If it becomes apparent that the relationship cannot produce that desired result in sufficient quantity or with acceptable consistency, then my top priority is to help her prepare for the next chapter of her social and sexual life.

If we're fortunate enough for her to meet a guy who could potentially be her boyfriend on a long term basis, I consider that an upper deck home run.

It depends on the intention/reasoning. If they haven’t actually moved on and is only dating to get over their ex then it’s toxic for the new person that they’re dating. The new person doesn’t deserve to be a rebound. Other than that it’s whatever.

It depends. If it is because that person doesn't want to be alone then it is toxic. If the person mentally and emotionally checked out while in the relationship several months before finally deciding to leave then it is fine.

Unfortunately, we're in an era in which everyone's behavior is everyone else's business -- not because that philosophy represents the regressive left but because if your goal is to tear down America, the most advantageous place to start is by agitating the various groups, ethnicities and demographic categories.
