Why do I keep running into my abusive ex?

For those of you who believe in “there’s a reason things happen” what could be the reason? I have a restraining order on him and now he goes to where I wash my car and my favorite food place that he never liked.

I think he is trying to see me because he stood very close to the door at supervised visits for our child and he almost saw me.

Sounds like stalking.

I'd report it and be on the safe side. If you live somewhere with a concealed carry law I'd strongly suggest getting a permit if you don't already have one.

Even where cops are fast to respond they'd rather pick up the pieces after the stalker gets shot than have to go try to find him after he's beaten you senseless. Or worse.

Be safe first. And if you do get a handgun get some training on using it.

Since he neve liked some of those places when you two were together. I would suspect stalking, or intimidation. With a history of abuse. Please be careful!

That’s the thing we live 10-15 mins am I being paranoid or should I contact them.
