So a BUNCH of questions on here are about what to do when you breakup or how to get over a breakup... blah blah blah... but I haven't seen a question about what folks actually go out and do to get over a breakup?
Personally, I remember feeling like I was ready to scale a wall... so I headed out to my local (indoor) rock climbing spot and scaled as many walls as I wanted till I got it out of my system... Then a friend suggested golf... and I picked up some weekly lessons; golf helps force you to focus and prioritize one thing at a time... to set one goal at a time... so I loved it and learned a lot from that experience. Stuff along these lines, along with a few more physical and social activities -- including dancing, walking/hiking, traveling and such, which you can do with a group without too much fuss -- helped bring me back to a physically and emotionally happy and healthy state of being.
What activities have you guys and gals taken on to get over an ex (or perhaps a major crush, loss, etc.)?
