Why should i, as the father of our son, not be permitted to post pics of our son, when his mom posts his pics constantly?

I dont get it. We went to court, got visitation fixed so she understands she can't deny me access to our son. See my prior question.

A friend of mine asked a while back, what should it cost to be a father, so I will ask, why should a man have to fight to see his children?

Now, because i posted a picture of him and i enjoying our selves on his birthday to facebook, Keeping in mind, my facebook is not public, unless im already your friend you can't see anything, Specifically he was blowing out candles, she's telling me that im never allowed to talk to my son again. Read the image below as to her reasoning. Yet she posts pics of him daily, and her FB is freaking public, meaning you can look her up and see everything she posts simply by having a facebook account. Why do i have to follow that rule when she does not? Why is it acceptable for her to have that level of control over my life just to be able to talk to and see my son? We are going back to court, this time, im pulling for full custody. I can't believe this shit.

She uses the term "My Son" Not "Our Son" As if he is her possession. My plan legally is to go scorched earth on her. I want full custody, and because of who she is with, and the friends she has, i am likely to get it.

Good job and I'll tell you something no matter what it is that you want and you feel that it's fair that you get you need to go to court don't even want her don't even talk to her about it just go to get a day for court and do it you got to fight and you got to be on that fight at all times you wouldn't have to fight if she was a good human being but I better not say that because I don't know your as a situation and I don't want to know I'm just telling you don't be a dick about anything just if you want your son or if something is not fair go make it right by going to court but go to court don't talk to her about it just go to court

You allow her to dictate such things to you? She is not the judge and she cannot unilaterally restrict your visitation without suffering consequences in court.

A friend went through something similar a few years ago. When their kids got to 15 they each applied to be emancipated from their mother and live with their father. Since at 16 you can join the armed forces (one did) the judges all agreed, but still denied custody of the younger ones to their dad.

Courts side with women despite multiple psychology papers published showing from age ten kids do better with fathers than mothers as single parents - mainly because men freely acknowledge they're not women (mostly 🙄)

Some people say a lot of things... and if you're dumb enough to listen to them/believe them they get over on you. She talks a lot. Probably used to people acting like her opinion matters.

I'm very old school & my wife knew this 100% before we got married. She knows that if I had to choose between doing what she wants & being old school, it's not going to turn out well for her. I married a woman who was okay with that.
