After 4 years I’m breaking up with my boyfriend. I was in college and he wasn’t. He wants kids and I didn’t want to have any in college so I told him after I graduated. Well I graduated and I don’t think I’ll have kids with him when he wants them. A big part of it is distance. We likely won't live together because he wants to stay in his hometown and there are no jobs in my field near him. So to avoid wasting his time any further I think I’ll just break up with him. I’m very sad about this.
The process of giving him his car back will be kinda awkward …

Am I wrong for breaking up with him? He’s so sweet I feel so bad…

Occasionally, you have to destroy to rebuild. Sadly, it is a part of life.
So what is the question here
Sorry. It just feels so stupid but do you think I’m wrong? Like I feel bad about it
You could get a job and then ask him to move to your city, or find a job closer to him. I can understand if he owns a house, has to work on the family farm, or take care of family in his hometown or some shit like that. If doesn't have to stay for those reasons, he should be willing to move with you as long as you're not being unreasonable
