Am I considered unmanly for dumping a cheating girlfriend who got knocked up by another man she slept with?

She cheated on me and got pregnant by another dude.

She wanted to have closure, so I gave it to her.

She told me the reason why she slept over with another guy. It was because my job as a teacher wouldn't suffice our future and it goaded her to look after a businessman. I admit I can only take her to Pizza Hut or TGI Friday's but I guess that wasn't enough.

She also added that, I didn't even bother asking her why she cheated, therefore I never really loved her. Though it's true that I just completely ghosted her thereafter when I found out she was pregnant by him.

On top of that she said "But it's cool now, you just proved that you aren't a real man for not trying to fight for us. You just allowed me to get pregnant by another guy.".

I don't know if this is gaslighting or scapegoating but either way, it's fucking toxic. And for sure there are a lot of women here on this platform that will call me "unmanly" for not putting up with this, because quite frankly they'll expect men to accept their behavior instead of holding them ACCOUNTABLE! Well I guess I'm not a real man for having self-respect then. LOL! 🤷‍♂️

No, actually you did the right thing for letting her go after being unfaithful. All the fighting is of no use after the deed is done.

How can one save a relationship and "fight for us" once she got pregnant from another man. There is nothing to fight about anymore and you showed that you are a gentleman by not being theatrical about that sad situation. Let her go with that businessman. He will be tired of her soon enough and then she will end up being a single mom raising a child that has the potential to become a loss for society because she will not be able to cope alone raising a child, finding a job and giving this kid a decent education.

That is the sad truth but people never learn from their mistakes.

No it would have been unmanly if you had been with her still after she cheated. You did the right thing and she knows she’s wrong and she is very TOXIC. Best to stay away from her
