She said I need therapy or find god followed by I'm a joke and stuff and I've ignored her for days - I said its over and goodbye- is it better to keep ignoring so she doesn't find closure as she wants me to meet her face to face for closure

Try to think about how you will feel about yourself, when looking back on this from your future.
It can be hard to live down the mistakes and poor decisions we've made. Yes, we learn, but for some, that, alone, will not be enough to eradicate all guilt and regret.
(Yes, this can be self-defeating, and perhaps unnecessary, but we should be our own harshest critics. Accountability is vital, both personally and societally.)

Regardless of the person that she is, think about the person that you are, and what you want to put out into the world. There is justice, and tit-for-tat, but there is also being part of the problem or part of the solution. You may be angry now, and justifiably so, but her behaviour doesn't need to dictate yours.

Though, sounds like you have said goodbye, your decision is final. And this is a common scenario, where the other person wants/needs closure and requests further discussion (that can be valid, because to them, the decision came without warning, and they were unprepared, both emotionally and verbally).
However, sometimes it is a ruse to try to get you to change your mind.

Lots to consider. But by you asking this question, I suspect you are the type of person who is decent, and is already questioning the moral implications and repercussions here. She is not all-bad. No one is. And you were with her for a time. Maybe it is right to honour that, the relationship you had, instead of focusing now solely on the end, and the worst of it. ?
But if you truly believe that this is her last ditch effort to have the floor, to speak 'her truth' and all the other bullshit that she may want to spew, or she wants to be in control, to be the one to cut the final tie, or to try to convince you to change your mind... then these are all logical and valid reasons to not give her what she is asking.
