How should I act around a girl I like who just got a boyfriend?

Hello!

There is a girl i have known for 3 years and last 8 month i fell for her and we had lots of moments togather, lots of teasing going on and doing a lot of staff togather

I just saw her story with some guy, she got a boyfriend and i don't know what to do.

She is in same environment i am and i can't just get away from her, i have to see her like 5 times a week, and even just days before we were walking the same path, hugging, talking

I don't know how do i act arround her when i see her, i was liking almost every story of her and didn't like that one with guy, i don't know if she knows my feelings or not, i don't want to make dramatic changes so it's obvious either

I don't know if i can erase thoese 3 years, i can't just cut off, but at the same time as much as i want to look at her as friend the thought of her beeing with someone else makes it impossible

Dude, stop wasting your time. Life is super short. She is gone. She has a boyfriend. She isn't a virgin. Etc. Get yourself a woman who is good for you. There are tons of good women in the sea of scrap.

Stop being a simp. Build yourself up and focus on yourself. Start hitting the gym every day, for only 20-30 minutes. Dont waste time there. Start producing anything for money. Get an active hobby like climbing that it social and both genders do.

I amnot beeing a simp and training is the only thing i do, i compete in world level, she is in same environment that's why i can't avoid seeing her, i know that she is gone but it still hurts seeing her there and acting like nothing happened
