Should I tell my friend to break up with his controlling girlfriend?

My friend is in a relationship with this girl who always wants her way.
Yes at some point that is true and good.
It's a secret relationship between them and the girl's parents are too conservative so she doesn't want to change that.
Funny thing my friend won a trip to Thailand, because of his job.(Low paid animation studio)
And in a lottery he won that trip.
It's only for 2 people but she wants him to cancel the trip, and spend the time in a hotel in her city.
I know for a fact that he is never going to earn enough at least in 7 years till he might afford that kind of money for a trip to Thailand (yes he is very financially challenged)
And she wants that trip to go to waste.
And everything something good happens to him.
She takes the credit and starts threatening him that she will breakup.
I have been clean from day one that please breakup with her and find someone else (he is really attractive 6'0 with jawline and a beard) from school time he was the sort after guy.

Just keep pointing out how she manipulates and abuses him. Remind him that she takes value from his life, and doesn’t add the same value back.
He has to come to the decision on his own, but you have to stay on him. Manipulation and abuse always escalates. She’ll eventually try to kill him or get him sent to prison out of spite. You gotta help him get out before then.

No, because it isn't your place to muck about in his relationship. Presumably, he is close to the same age as you. He can make his own decisions. Perhaps this doesn't bother him then let it be.

You can mention things that you don't think are right but I would leave it be otherwise. You could even lose a friend if he takes offense to your meddling.

True, I think the same way but he is already moved too emotionally distant as he got into this relationship, also he is a womaniser, I hate that part about him.
I actually think I should cut my ties with him.
I am only told when things are financially too wrong.
No emotional or no other normal talks from some time now.

It sounds like they arw wrong foe each other in theie own ways. I would let them figure that part out.

But I am bad at making new ones, I am creepy to begin with

Nope, I tend to put our a story, and then judge them on how they react.
And after sometime observe how they respect me.
If they respect me enough then fine. If they don't nope.

I do break this rule with women sometimes because I am attracted to them.
But mostly women break it too fast.
So I tend to just give out.

You can certainly suggest it and list the reasons why. Eventually he has to figure it out for himself though. I had a friend in the same situation and eventually she figured it out but it took a while.

She sounds very controlling. Your friend needs to stand up to her. Relationships are a two way street. He must really enjoy the sex with her... is that why he stays with her?

If you do it tactfully, as he's a boy and he'll always side with his girl unless she does something which crosses his line.
