When you get angry with your lover, do you really want to cheat on them?

I'll be honest, when I get very hurt and feel belittled,I want to hurt the other person and make them feel how I feel. So I will get a guy to be interested and lightly hook up with him, or even give the impression that we did to upset my boyfriend.of course this is right before the impending break up, as one last f*** you before its over.

Am I the only one like this?

Oh by the way don't bother with the "you're a bitch, slut, etc" because I don't care.I already know how some users on here can be so while I expect it, its just so predictable. Only real answers here!

If I know things are about to end I may be tempted, but really I am far more likely to do everything I can to work it out and get things back on track. A friend of mine, someone I don't really talk to anymore, would do this. Before I saw her in a relationship I thought she was very attractive and very much relationship material, but if her boyfriend did anything in the slightest that she didn't like, she would go and cheat on him. His response would to be to go and cheat on her right back and then a cycle would form. Seeing her do that made me lose all interest in her. Guys talk far more than girls think they do, be careful about who you hurt. Most guys, the ones worth dating, won't date a girl that even has the ability to cheat during a relationship, even if it is only used in spite. Actually, especially when used in spite. It's pathetic. Cheating for spites sake is like a three year old throwing a temper tantrum in a store because he didn't get what he wanted. It's just plain unattractive.

Not me though many guys and gals I know have. More gals I know have cheated out of spite because it seems more guys cheat on their partners than gals do.

No usually when I'm angry with someone I want to and do hurt them. I have 'cheated' on many guys though it's not technically cheating as the relationship they thought they had with me was their delusion.

I still believe in the sayin "2 wrongs don't make a right." For me, I've never done it but for some people I guess they have to to get back at their mate. Then it becomes an on-going battle of who can hurt the other more. Cheating would only make me feel worse especially if the one that cheated on me was someone I truly cared out. Leaving them would hurt a whole lot more, but that's just my 2 cents.

Usually when I am angry my first thought is a solution and resolution. Creating won't get you any where, that's all that happens is a doomed relationship that you shouldn't be in. If you can't handle arguments and staying true, you have some growing up to do before committing to someone half heartedly.
