What you said is kind of obvious isn't it?
You have to very desperate or a single dad to even consider a single mom.
Going for single mom's are just too expensive, why going for a single mom when you can go for a girl who isn't a mom yet.
As for @Deleonc88 you antagonistic comment doesn't deserve an answer.
Lol. Because single women without kids wouldn't be expensive. I know quite a few cases where this theory is a load of bull. Most single moms rarely spend money on themselves. Many women without kids are more high maintenance and may require more of his money than a single mom. Single moms tend to be pretty frugal and they know how to budget really well. They also don't spend money on unnecessary crap.

Sorry I didn't express myself properly, expensive is cost of time and effort (emotions) I didn't mean financially expensive.
There are plenty of single mothers out there and they need a real man not a whinny selfish spoiled brat.
Yet they can't find any so they take to complaining and loneliness.

Its not a burn if yout married with kids numnuts. That goes for all women, we want real men.
That maybe, But I know for a fact MOST men won't get involved with a single mother.
Why should we? Give one good, valid reason why we should be #2, put up with
drama with the ex's and not have the pretty childless years that many women give to losers?

My mom is a single mother to me and my brother, her ex boyfriend leeched off of her money then ignored her when she didn’t give him any more.
You're making some broad generalization. Some single moms have very good jobs and make decent money. Some are widows, or may have a very good relationship with their ex.
A friend of mine married a woman with two kids and is very happy. He isn't the kind to want to deal with babies anyway, and the kids were just under 10 when they married. He gets along with them great, and he has gotten to be friends with their father.
I have no kids and don't date guys with kids I totally understand.

My opinion is you are right and most ladies that commented here against you are single moms, of course, lol. So they do not like what they hear because they know they messed up by having a kid unintentionally (no protection, really?) or with the wrong guy.
Sorry, but if I was a guy, I would totally stay away. And as a woman, I would stay away from single dads as well. Not worth it to me.
I prefer them with no kids, but I sett the max one 1 kid. If I move it's easier for the non kid one to move then the kid one. But it's not impossible. The more kids the more trouble, and if you self want a kid then the less she have from before the better.

Everyone is allowed to have preferences. I say date whom you want as long as the person is open to it and of age. It is sad that people expect us to explain "Why not?"

I agree with a lot of this. It's a shame, too, because some of those single moms are quite beautiful.
Some men can do this. Most can't. Single moms can be beautiful. But kids from
a past marriage or relationship will always be a deal breaker for me. That's the way it is and I'm
sorry.
I don't date guys with children for a lot of the reasons you listed.
