I do not do online dating, but for those people who insist on dating online here are my tips.

1. Do not message a user without a profile picture: Even if they put on their profile "it's because of my job" that's utter Bullshit most likely

2. Take everything they say with a grain of salt: Just because they say they are looking for something serious, does not mean that they are. Many people lie to get laid and many use dating sites to get a quick lay, which leads me to....

3. Don't expect a serious relationship to come out of it: Don't get your hopes up. Even if they look good to you in person as much as they do online. Testimonials about getting married vary depending on the user's circumstance.

4. Meet them in a public place: If the person looks nothing like their profile and they posted an Old picture, it's easier for you to dismiss yourself without it being too awkward

5. Realize that not everyone is going to message you: this applies to life in general when you are trying to achieve something.

Rome was not built in a day. If you truly want to use online dating then do not give up, or you can use another website
