It's okay as long as you have a good reason. There are ways to handle some of what you pointed out without being a bitch. Being a bitch to be a bitch is not a good thing.

This is called assertiveness and If done right can be a turn on for both genders. A bitch is a mean woman with a nasty attitude that makes people want to avoid her because she has a lot of psychological problems and to be honest that is a huge turn off.

Believe it or not it's possible to do it without being a turd. It just takes skill, that I guess some people just lack.
Just make sure you have SOMETHING of value to offer. For example, if a girl is incredibly hot and great in bed, I agree she can get away with being a bitch. BUT, if she's not particularly hot, isn't great in bed, and all she has to "offer" is being, "feisty and independent" well, that may not find too many takers.
