Maybe because for centuries black women have been made to feel inferior to white women by society and the media. If their own black men desert them and other races have been brainwashed into seeing them as unattractive then how will they have relationships, marry and have children etc? I don't blame them if they are against it. The world is deeply unfair to black women... if there is a perception that black women are stuck up and arrogant or angry then society has made them that way.
@Starbers999 exactly, dark skin black women are the most disrespected woman ever. During slavery they were told they weren't as worthy or beautiful as the white woman and even now the media still says that cause majority of time they only promote white women in beauty ads, magazines, movies etc. Black men to this day are still brainwashed by this, it's the reason why most of them date outside their race cause in their mind white women or other races of women are more beautiful cause they are not black but somewhat close to whiteness. Promotion is a powerful thing, it either help or damage the reputation/image for some one, and it has damaged the image of dark skin black women the most.

First of all I'm not black, I am Pakistani and we come in many different colours and I am right in the middle somewhere and second I have never felt the need to bleach my skin. It goes against everything i believe in. Maybe I am comfortable in my skin, colour wise so it is easy for me to say (it's not as healthy looking as it used to be though!). You didn't answer my question - what race are you? I can put up a picture of myself - showing my many shades. Sometimes I look darker sometimes lighter through the seasons. If black women are lightening their skin then it is because of dogs like you. Why don't you put a picture of yourself up too? Let us see what kind of pathetic person says those kinds of things.
