for years now, i get irritated annoyed that people and society say that women need to learn or know dating skills for dating, reason why it annoys me, is because, i don't see how or why women have to know or learn when they don't have to be the ones to pursue a guy or ask a guy out, be the one to build and spark the attraction, courting, etc.

This has good advice to accommodate some women's expectations.
These are actually pretty reasonable for all genders. Good take.
My only non negotiable point is that I must pay for the entire evening, in every aspect.
Your advice is already falling on deaf ears for like 90% of women.
Most women have some or all of the negative qualities you described in one way or another.
Another thing is trying to see the worth of the man, even if he isn't your prince charming. If he's a good guy give him a chance.
I kind of mentioned that at the end. Prince charming is a bit of a myth, but finding someone who treats you well, isn't.
Overall a very good mytake and something that the majority of us can agree to :)

Agreed as for who pays I believe the asker pays. That’s way I was raised.
This is fairly resonable and it's pretty good advice.
That's not a dating tip for women. That's more of a "there are guys that are BS, avoid them or let them avoid you" tip.
