Or you could take the more expensive option and buy her jewelry. Keep the reciept in case that doesn't work though.
I'd say a combination of both would be your best bet though.

It doesn't have to be expensive jewelry, it just has to look nice. Like don't go to an actual jewelry store, just go to one of those stalls in the middle of the mall. Just some earrings will do.
You could try it with just the booze and the flowers but it might not work. Women see jewelry as a kind of investment in them.
