Why would he turn his last seen off on Whatsapp all of a sudden?

I've been taking to a guy on whatsapp for a good few months now. I only ever really send him a message of he has been online or his last seen was recent because he works quite a bit and I don't want to bug him. I sent him a message last night and I didn't get a reply. I just assumed he was busy. He read it this afternoon and shortly afterwards, his last seen time stamp was turned off. I've been talking to him since so that's fine but I was just wondering if it had something to do with me?

He is not interested in talking. I am not sure if it has anything to do with you though.

Thanks. I haven't given him a hard time anytime he hasn't replied etc so I don't think it has to do with me lol.
