How can I calm my girlfriend down when she's scared?

My girlfriend is pregnant with twins she had a bad dream that she lost them and I got mad and left her. I would never do that. I have her a small hug she's still upset and crying. How can I calm her down?

She needs to know you'll love her no matter what happens with your unborn children. Refocus her attention on the future instead of her fear. It's not good to have such scary thoughts.

Hold her tightly and don't let go. Tell you you will hold her until she decides she's okay

I'd just hold her and like rub her back or something, maybe tell her it's ok
