I've always been a hopeless romantic, so I guess this is the entire root of the problem. but I haven't had a crush or been seriously interested in anyone in about four years. Even then, I was pretty young. I don't know if I just act too old for people my age, or if my standards (which aren't even that high) are just impossible in my area.
