He Rolled Up His Shirt Sleeves On Our First Date?

I had my first date (ever!!) with an adorable tinder guy tonight. He asked to see me again and seemed to enjoy the date, but when I arrived his eyes looked a bit large and he had trouble looking at me the first couple minutes. I couldn't tell if this was a "good" shocked or a "not like her pictures" expression. He did eventually have steady eye contact, and gave me a two-armed hug and asked me to drive safe as we left.

My question: Right when I arrived, and he looked kind of shocked, nervous, he immediately started rolling up his shirt sleeves. What does this mean? I have my ideas but want a guy's opinion. I can post a selfie if that helps?

i can't stand having my sleeves down. it's an uncomfortable sensory thing for me personally because I get hot very easily. The sleeves have nothing to do with how the date when I'm any situation. simply isn't a thing
