I do both at the same time. I'm usually pretty decent at sniffing out when a girl is interested in me. So say I've recently become affiliated with a new social circle. Say that after some time, I pick up that one of the girls likes me. If I like her back then yes, I go after her. When that happens, subtlety is not the word you'd want to use. In fact, one could charitably describe my modus operandi as "letting her know that she is no longer entirely single."

But no. I don't really go after people who I'm not sure likes me.

Usually find out within 10 mins of a pretty girl walking into the room whether she's interested or not 😁. Funnily enough it's usually the ones with guys or wedding rings who play the game back.

well in my opinion women won't make moves on guys unless they see very high reward because they don't want to take the risk on another guy maybe more at her level.
