No, that's not true. Not 100% true. Feet are the most sincere part of everyone's body. that's why poker players look for the effect of "happy feet" rather than faces. Someone's feet pointing to someone could mean that first likes second, or that first wants to speak with second, or that you're in the center of the conversation, or you're the one who brang up a topic he's interested in, or you resemble to someone he's thinking on, such as an anime character... There is no such a thing as "rules to follow" in psychology, context matters.
never done that on purpose. can't think of a specific reason for it either, it is true, however that if a person points their body towards you they are more open to you and willing to hear what you've got to say. as far as the footsies thing. if there's tons of room and he's constantly on top of your feet, then there may be something there, but if it's a normal table, as a guy with US size 14s and long legs, I can say that people and I have to stare floor space under a table a lot, and it's nothing to do with liking them.

I've never heard of that. I didn't know guys and girls still play or come close to playing footies. I'm sure that in time the guy will give more blatant signs of affection in time.
