Single again at 47, looking to date again but how?

I lost my wife last year and find myself single again at the ripe "old" age of 47. I would like to start dating again but I really don't want to get into a relationship again right now. I'm sure you can understand. But I find myself interested in being with someone in their 20's or 30's, not anyone older for this. I just want some intimate fun and I am at a total loss as to how to approach this. I haven't dated since 1995 and I'm afraid I'm looking for a different generation which is a lot different that I'm used to.

I would especially appreciate advice from women in this age range who have dated men in my age range before who have advice for not coming off sounding like I'm as totally clueless as I am. I'd also like hearing from any guys who have found themselves in my position.

I feel like I need to clarify a couple of things. I pretty much assumed I'd be doing this online and Tinder seems like the most appropriate platform but I'm taking ideas. I guess my problem is one of a profile. I just don't know how to not come off as me sounding like I'm looking for a relationship because I've been happily stuck in that mode for over 20 years. When I dated, it was for a serious relationship. This will be my first experience dating for sex only. I hope this helps understand!

I had a thing with a 24 year old married woman when I was 48. Her husband didn't mind. We were allowed to fool around when he was at work on the condition that she text him details of what was going on while I was there. I don't know if you're into that type of situation, but its an option. When they're married and the husband is on board, the sex can be pretty worry-free. I had issues with single women getting too attached too fast and that's the situation I found which eliminated that problem. Good luck on your search!

Yeah it's rough out there , I'm divorced about a year now and still looking, but there are some young ones that will go out with you, try tinder or other apps and see what results you get
