I've been flirting with a coworker for about three months. He teases me, touches me all the time, tells me I smell good , that my hair is pretty. The
other day he even ate food that was in my mouth after fork feeding me. I really like him and it seems like he likes me (hes not lile this with anyone else) and he's single. But he hasn't asked me out or for my number. Does this mean he's not interested?

Probably taking it slow or scared to mess it up, especially if you work together. Try making it more obvious you like him back, maybe even bring up the subject of who he likes in a super obvious way.
