A male coworker who is about five years older than me keeps showing signs he’s attracted to me but not making a move.
In the past he’s been very insistent about driving me home, even at union meetings outside of work. He’s shown up at three in the morning (I work night shifts) with coffee and donuts. He brought a joint to work for us to smoke when our shift was over. If I mention other men’s names in conversations he will repeat the name with scorn in the tone.
The biggest tip off to me, though, is the eye contact. It’s intense and lasts longer than typical eye contact. It’s as if he’s trying to send me a message.
Yet, he never actually does. No messaging, never asked me for number and never asked me out. How should I handle this?
