id only put someone in the friend zone if I never thought we'd get married. even if I thought that later on we COULD date, Id keep them out of the friend zone. you dont want to friend zone someone who is shy or not and then later find out that theyd have made a perfect boyfriend but because you chose to ignore him you missed out

Friend zone doesn't exist. As for the number of dates, well, it all depends on the person. How long you want to get to know someone before you make a decision you like them or don't like them, is solely dependent on you.
