I don't have the body for that. And it's not about who has the body for it... It's about confidence. I'm not comfortable enough with my body to wear something like this. At the same token I wouldn't mine seeing a curvy girl, or plus sized, slender or petit chick on it. Whatever the body type.. I'm sure it's flattering on whom ever. Just not for me personally lol

Whether or not I had the body I would never wear such a thing in public. In my opinion the whole look is cheap

I actually like this dress. But it wouldn't be appropriate for most places. But let's say the girl was on vacation at a beach resort and she wore this after a day at the beach to the clubs, bars and shops that are along the beach. I think it would be a great outfit for that.
