Let's say you meet a nice handsome man or woman who treats you well but you find out they had a 2.2 high school GPA, they have Trouble reading due to their disability and only went to community college. If you found this out, would you still date them or breakup?

Failure happens to everyone and anyone. GPA doesn't and shouldn't determine your acceptance of someone because someone can have a 4.0 and be completely dumb when it comes to everything else. I met plenty of guys who were book smart but when it came to having a conversation.. oh my gosh i almost died. Nobodies perfect and at some point in anyones life they're going to fail whether it's at having a conversation, writing a resume, supporting people around you. If you have a talent? why not motivate that 2.2 to become a 4.2?

Yes of course, most guys don't care at all about grades it's if the girl is putting in potential or have goals set for herself. No guy wants to ask a girl about her future and there is a complete dead end response but majority will not ask "What was your GPA in high school?" It's never that important because who we were yesterday can be a completely different change today. Failure doesn't define us only when we accept our failure. Once college arrives and that 3.5 or 3.0 ^^ comes in nobody will question about high school because thats the past. I date a guy for who they are and not what they been through because our path to success is wired differently. He can be weak in high school with the 2.2 and succeed in college while i can pass high school with a higher GPA and have a low GPA in college. It takes a person who wants to change to make the changes due to a lesson they learned before.

Bigger question... are they a good person? Are they totally hung up on their disability to the point where that is all they see or think they are? Are they the type to just dump me if they find something out about me that isn't "perfect." I mean, there is so much more to a person than just how they did in high school.

Hah. I had a shit GPA and I mean shit. I also had a reading disorder" if you were to label it that way called ADHD. Now Im in the best college in my country and the ADHD has subsided. School grades have absolutely nothing to do with intelligence if you don't give a shit about them. I couldn't care less how much I scored in tests.
