Every time a guy says he's interested in me he always wants me to drive to him or come to him. Obviously I don't fall for it. But I've noticed guys my age literally have no clue how to treat girls what gives?

Easy... because for sex and physical intimacy guys dont need to be in a relationship with a girl anymore... and what else could we offer them? Yes, of course guys dont go into relationship just for sex but for love, but physical intimacy is very important and they would feel like loser if they are getting the same thing like strangers or friends.

@bekkesmash yes, i did, my fault. Only a small percentage of guys can get sex easily, the others have fo hope that a girl is horny and choose them for a night. And because the other guys who can't get sex easily they tend to seek relationships with woman because for hookups they are not good enough for girls. But then guys dont want the girl who would reject them as a hookup but accept them as a boyfriend, in the end the guys would only get the sloppy seconds of the assholes and jerks.

Yeah that's pretty much true, but it's more like 20% of guys than 3% of guys that can get casual sex on a regular basis (at least from what i have seen). I hope you know that makes dating prostitution, the women being the prostitute obviously, it also shows that the women in relationships aren't sexually attracted to their boyfriends looks, which is sad for both partners.

Guys have always been like that. I remember my friends cousin was way older than us. We were maybe 16 when he was about 22 this kid got so many women it was crazy.
