What is the silliest and most insignificant reason you've given or heard for rejecting someone?

It's hard to say cause I've heard some really ridiculous outrageous reasons why people reject others. I don't believe them though. I think that's just an excuse people use to hide the real reason why they rejected that person. If you find somebody good looking you can look past all those stupid small stuff. Like when a girl says I rejected that guy cause his shoes were ugly, or that guy who said he rejected that girl cause she has an annoying sneeze. That's just a fake reason they give to others and the person who got rejected. The real reason is cause of some other big flaw that they had that wasn't attractive or a personality that they didn't like.

I usually don't pay attention to when other people break up. So the silliest reason I ever broke up with someone (when I was much younger) was because of politics. She had a very different upbringing to mine, and hence different political views. And although I was the older of the two of us, the fact is I was not mature enough to know how to deal with someone I loved holding such a fundamental different point of view.

Thankfully, I've matured a lot since then.

Well I've rejected a guy because he was a smoker. Personally I don't think that that was silly (for me the smell alone is disgusting) but for someone it'll sure be.
Or I haven't make any move towards a crush because I thought he would be too good for me. Like in the matter of attractiveness. A few years later he made a move on me himself and we are in a relationship since then. xD

Basically she wanted to stay at home, and watch TV all day. And we didn't talk about anything meaningful. Which rarely happens to me with any other person.
