I just wanna see what other people think. I have a strong opinion about this but nobody wants to hear it

One for being over 30, one week past my 31st birthday. She then went out with a 29-year-old drug addict.

”My last boyfriend was also from Georgia.”

”It’s not you, it’s me.” She’d plant a nice, long kiss on me when she saw me, but wouldn’t let me buy her dinner.

I was a coworker. It was the same company with thousands of employees, but we never saw each other at work.

”Too short” from a woman who was 5’ 1”. Her last boyfriend was 6’ 5”. (But, he was her ex, so obviously, a 99th percentile height isn’t everything.)

And, “Whatever girl ends up with you will be one lucky chick” while rejecting me.

I hear plenty from women every time I'm on GAG. Like one guy who said he was rejected for being a farmer. Assuming he's telling the truth, that's a really stupid reason to reject someone.

Of course. Sometimes people are dumb and let small things stand in the way of getting a great partner. For example, a girl rejecting a guy because he has a beard is a dealbreaker. She doesn't get it it's his body his choice. Or a guy rejecting a girl because she says she has high body count (it's 12). So friggin dumb. In the former, the girl can either show him to trim well and make peace with it or the guy loses the beard willingly. On the latter, the guy takes time into context and her age. If she's 30+ and she's didn't go through the men like 3men in a week then there's nothing to worry! Lmao.

Yes: he’s not (at least) six foot tall (especially if she’s tiny).

His job doesn’t SOUND “cool” or that he’s going to make a lot of money. He’s passionate about it, good at it, it’s not a total financial destroyer for them, etc.

This is weird especially if she’s not taking in some decent cash herself. I’ve experienced girls criticize me for not making as much as a engineer. But I work hard, I’m good at it, I’m a consistent worker. And a lot of the more judgmental girls weren’t making much themselves. I could see it if she was killing it with a consistent 40k a year job if I was only making 5k a year, ok. But if you’re only making 10k and crapping on a guy for making ONLY 35k, then that’s ridiculous.

“He’s slightly younger than I am.” There was a radio morning show guy who decided to help set up listeners and maybe make some love connections. One girl, they guy sounded perfect for her. He was right height, good weight, liked to work out, liked a lot of the same things she did, seemed normal enough… then they got to birthdays. Turns out, the guy was like three days younger than the girl. She’s like “I don’t date younger guys” and refused to budge. She quickly hung up. The guys were stunned because it seemed like it was going really well. If it wasn’t a set up for drama… jeez, that’s picky. Seems like a rule to bend, especially if the other answers to questions were going so well. Had he been born four days earlier, it probably would have been ok.

This is entirely subjective, considering not everyone values the exact same qualities from their partner. I've turned women down because they weren't into anime and gaming, which I'm sure 99% of people would think is totally dumb, but it's a big part of who I am.

Personally, I think height requirements are stupid. I get that most women want to date someone taller, but you'll see people get turned down instantly because they're less than 6'2", meanwhile the woman is barely 5 foot xD but everybody has their thing, I suppose

Incidentally…behavior science has found its most likely not you. We’re all attracted to things that enhance our memories. So some girls are looking for some guy that resembles their dad. Neither of you can possibly know that. Another might have some subconscious obsession with Zach Morris types.

Yes there are if you reject someone for not being rich, for not being tall, for not being a certain race, then that's problematic. but if you reject someone only because you are not attracted to them, or you just don't want to be with them, you don't have the same views, standards, beliefs, ideologies, they are toxic or lack certain beneficial qualities that's completely understandable!.

I think if someone uses a “stupid” reason to reject someone, it just means they are not that into them in the first place. When they are really into someone, you will be amazed by what they can tolerate and what “rules” they will break or exceptions they will make for that person that they didn’t for someone else. So when someone rejects you for a “stupid” reason, just know that and move on.

Yes, there definitely are, but when you say "reject", I immediately think of it in an "attraction" sort of way, not an intellect way. Probably the worst reasons are individual pet peeves. I know that if a girl has ugly feet or man-like hands, it's a turn off for me physically. I wouldn't reject her as a person, but the attractiveness factor is lessened. If she had a lot of other things that attracted me though, I could get passed it.

Tbh I think the person has a right to reject another person for whatever reason. Why would the other party want to be stuck with a person that isn't attracted to them completely?

For example I have small boobs, if a guy wants to reject me because of that reason, it's fine because I wouldn't want to be with someone who isn't physically attracted to me.

No, because it's too subjective. What's a stupid reason to 1 is a legit reason to another. What's stupid is when someone rejects people only for how they look or a lack of money/status... yet demands that the opposite sex respect them for substantive reasons only, and not superficial reasons. What one puts out, they usually attract back to them.
