It was so cute so when he messaged me he said "I'm a bit shy" so we've been talking ever since. We have plans to meet not this Wednesday but next at a coffee shop and if all goes well we are grabbing lunch. But he seems shy, aren't shy guys the best guys to date? He hasn't even said anything sexual towards me (which I like a lot) I know to be careful, but he like really wants to meet me and said he was nervous and excited. Shall I give it a shot? He said he's looking for a relationship, and I do too.

I would say. Be careful and have your friends spy on you with him like hide your friends where they can see you but you can't see them just in case he tries to hurt you but hopefully it will be a good guy who truly likes you and not some one who acts like he likes you and yet hurts you

Do you actually like him? If so why not go. Nothing wrong with shy guys I personally adore them, but shy or not shouldn't matter too much if he seems nice and your into him.

Nothing *wrong* with a shy guy per se. It's just sometimes shy people give one word answers which can be frustrating and off-putting as hell. I guess if they open up then you're good to go so definitely give it a shot.
