Dating a shy guy?

Hello,
I’ve just recently told a shy guy I like him, he’s shown all the signs he likes me back but I think it was a shock to learn I like him back as well. I guess I want to know where to go from here. Do I ask him out? Do I wait for him to talk to me? Any help would be appreciated.

I was the shy guy. I was shy until I was 30.

There isn't a lot you can do unless you're trying to do all the work.

And is it even worth it? Maybe. I was good in relationships even though I was scared of women.

But some women just chased me down. Once we were dating, she would act like i was getting girls attention left right and center. The girls would act like I was a player and irresistible to women.

I never understood why.

I get it now. I'm good looking that's all it is.

If it wasn't for that I would probably always be shy. How could I break out without the help u had from the women who chased me when I was a broken person?

And I love those women for what they did. Otherwise I 100% would have been an incel for life despite being as good looking as I am.

Your better off asking him out otherwise nothing will happen, Don't think just because He is Shy He is not going to like your Confidence.

As long as you do it when your alone with him and not in front of other People.

You might have to nudge him a little. Shy people won't become confident overnight. They WILL, but it's a gradual process.
