Shy guy interested?

I am an introvert and pretty shy with guys, I do not date a lot. There is a guy I like who likes me but he is shy and so am I, but today in passing we both stared at each other in the eyes. I more or less take it as I wanted him to see me and vice versa, instead of ignoring each other. I am working up the nerve to ask him out, just curious if it seems like interest still. And to guys out there who ask girls out? I give you so much credit this is hard especially when you are shy!

There is a way to ask someone out when you're shy. And this trick works for both guys and girls luckily, lol, but the best way to go about doing it is to ask him if he'd like to get some coffee. Tell him he seems like an interesting person, and you'd like to get to know him better.

Or you could find out what he's into, like favorite movies, music, dog or cat person, art lover, and if you have any similar interests, strike up a conversation and tell him you'd like to talk about it more over coffee.

Honestly, when you ask him to go out for coffee,, he's probably going to know it's code for "I have a crush on you," but it will be more subtle, but the good thing is, later on, he might end up asking you out if you hit it off. This always worked for me with girls.

They key to dealing with shyness, your own, or someone else's is to remember that the worst that's going to happen is that they will say no. The world will not end.

So just ask. Make it something simple and harmless. "I'm heading out to get coffee, want to join me". It really can't hurt, and maybe he is really nice and really attracted to you and just doesn't dare approach you.

Or if he says "no thanks, i'm too busy", OK now you know that too.
