There is no "yes or no" answer to this question. People don't find people attractive or ugly solely based on where they were born, or when they live.
Attraction is subjective and variable, ie; I could find 5 out of 10 Mexican girls attractive, and maybe some else would only find 2 of those girls attractive. Ya get what I mean?

Men and women are attracted to each other via physical and mental features, not birth place.
