Even though I dislike the term "madana whore complex", I feel I can relate to it to a certain degree and I will offer what I think is the best strategy to avoid dating guys like me.
Be upfront and let the guy know you have a slutty past but be firm that you have changed want to take things slow with him.
Why do I think this will work?
Well, if a guy like that thinks a girl is a slut then generally he will either want to date her purely for sex or won't want anything to do with her at all. I know I would NEVER knowingly date a girl who used to be a slut but wants to take things slow with me. So from my perspective if a guy believes you are a slut and knows you won't have sex unless he invests his time and commits first then the only logical option for him is to lose interest in you and look for someone else, thus preventing you from dating or sleeping with a guy who has a "madana whore complex".
I could be wrong, but I think the only guys who would actually agree to wait for sex, pay for dates and take the time to try and prove his worth to a girl he knows used to be slutty and easy for other guys is a guy who genuinely doesn't care about a woman's sexual past which is probably the type of guy you want.

All guys have that. Some don't care or even bother to know a girls sexual history. These guys are either just looking for sex or have a big sexual history themselves to where they don't want to bring it up. Some prefer a little experience though too.
The guys that do bring it up are just looking for a girl that are less likely to divorce or be faithful in a committed, long-term relationship. I'd never trust a whore to be. This article says it all:

Just ask off the start is sexual history important in a match? What are you looking for? ... Be honest and so should he.
Good luck finding one. It runs rampant.

That's basically all people. I think it's best not to get swept up by the idea.
Everyone has things they are attracted to purely sexually and things they want in a partner.
Basically it's a silly question. You date people who you click with personally and don't date the people who aren't interested in dating you, it's pretty straightforward. I think trying to use special terminology only makes it harder to conceptualize.A guy who is okay with sluts? looking for a mangina would be your best shot.
What the hell is a madonna-whore complex? You mean he's a slut, hooker, attention-whore, etc?
