Could you date someone with a bad accent?

As long as I can understand them, I’m good. I know there’s some sexy accents out there but what about the others, would you date or be with them if they had a bad or annoying accent?

I met a french girl once who's accent was really annoying. But she said when I tried to speak her language my accent was really bad too. So...

I guess if the lady would date me despite me knowing none of her language then I could handle her having a bad accent in mine.

I don't find accents annoying. The one annoying thing I have is when people don't bother learn how to speak properly and lazily mispronounced things. I once heard a girl say sorry as "saw-lee". She maybe Chinese living in mainland but she is the only girl I ever heard in my 10years experience living there to say this ever so lazily. To add salt to the wound, we are talking about an apology here. The attitude is beyond salvation. No shame at all. Good grief.

I don't think so. I don't know if it's racist to say but I wouldn't won't to date someone with an accent that is hard to understand e. g. Indian or Asian.

My girlfriend is Korean and her accent is fine but anyone with thick Indian, Australian, Irish and Scottish accent are irritating to me.
