when I was 13, 13 was still quite a young age to be. everyone is growing up quickly now so it is a little different. Boys aren't usually as mature as girls but because you are still younger there will probably be a maturity difference and just be careful that he isn't asking too much of you. Also make sure that he knows how old you are if he doesn't yet so that there aren't problems later on
