Is it okay for a 21 year old girl to date a 19 year old guy?

There’s this guy that comes into my work every day that I think is really cute. He thinks the same since his boss comes in sometimes and gossips with my supervisor about us, and they joke about getting us together. I found out a few days ago though that he’s 19 but has turned 19 this year, and isn’t turning 20 this year. I’m 20 turning 21 soon. We’re both shy so I doubt anything beyond talking will happen, but would it be weird if I were to date someone two years younger? I know it doesn’t matter if the guy is older, but I don't know if guys are weirded out by a girl being 1-2 years older than them. Is this the case? Or does it not matter. Do guys not care if a girl is a bit older than them?

We see you being a few years older pretty much like you see us being a few years older. Honestly I always found girl's general hangup about a guy being even a year younger odd. Not sure why you girls put so much weight on that.

Of course it is. I had a 23 year old girlfriend when I was 19. Didn't last a really long time, but it was fun while it lasted.

WTF? You're both legally adults. Why wouldn't it be ok? Even if you were 21 and he was 17, it would still be ok in some states due to Romeo & Juliet laws.
