Sure. I'd buy her a nice selection of great hair pieces. No big deal.
Even the most messed up women can find a partner nowadays. Men are too desperate and sometimes settle for anything under any terms and conditions.
Honestly? No, probably not. It'd be different if the woman I already loved lost her hair, then I'd stay, but right off the bat? Doubtful
I definitely prefer someone with hair, but this is by no means a deal breaker.

Some girls are still gorgeous without hair. There was a girl in one of my classes who looked great even without hair.
