It depends on the girl. It’s not my preference in looks, but if she has a good personality and is trying hard to regain a healthy weight, I’d date her. Not just to become more attractive, but to show confidence and dedication in her wellbeing. She needs to want to take care of herself by loosing all that extra weight and look at least average.
