Eh. Policewomen aren't really thrown in at the deep end. I think it'd be fine. This isn't Sicario haha. If my girlfriend WANTED to get into high danger and aggressive situations, I'd turn into Keito, hiding and jumping out at her every day until the transfer happened. 3 things:

She gets sick of getting owned and scared by me and stays where she is

She gets sick me jumping out and scaring her and leaves me

She ups her skill based on constant ambushing and I can sleep easy because she's a proven little badass

I'd find it difficult if I didn't try to train her like a ninja

I would. Something attractive about men in uniform, plus it demonstrates (to an extent) a level of responsibility and maturity (of course, not with all of them, but still). Also shows they have a steady income and can be a supportive partner financially.

In my country the police have a section for music just like the army who a have a musical band...

Maybe i have never told you about my job, but i'm a staff sergeant in the police, i served 1 year on the streets in patrol cars than moved to the musical group, i'm about to reach 14 years of service in a few months...

No, their divorce rate is very high and they have so much stress that they don't communicate very well. And communication is at the top of a relationship. Plus many cops are just plain assholes who think their shit doesn't stink.
