i hear many women want a man who have big muscles and six-packs like the rock or Vin diesel

It's oddly not so popular here in Japan even though I like to train and grow in size regardless. They tend to, more often, like a more lean but skinnier look here: just low body fat without much muscle mass.

Still, even though I'm not so big, I'm rather larger than your usual Japanese. And there's still the occasional here and there who notices and wants to touch the chest and ask me to flex and wants to dangle off my biceps. And I'm not even very big at all compared to some hulk like The Rock.

So I figure even if you're in a country where the mainstream doesn't like such huge and lean guys, you'll still be able to appeal very strongly to some minority of women who do, since they'll definitely notice if you stand out that way.

When I was younger, I was ripped like that, and a huge number of girls said they liked the way I looked, but wouldn't date me out of fear :(

Now that I'm matured (fermented?) I still have the shape, but not the shred. It gets much more positive reviews from women of all ages.

Sure, it's great to have a guy who's physically strong (who can pick us up in his arms, etc.) but I'd rather have a guy who doesn't have a chiseled physique but who's a nice person - caring, considerate, thoughtful. Because some times a guy is strong but he uses his strength to bully and abuse others - not cool.

I find big muscular guys attractive, yes. Their abs, big biceps and strong calves looks appealing but I don't exactly like ripped body, no. That looks scary. But my ex boyfriend had ripped body, I still dated him because I liked his other qualities so it wasn't deal breaker for me.

Piece of advice having a 6 pack sucks. I know because earlier this year i came SOOO close to having one that everyone couldnt believe how shredded and ripped i was. BUT the minute you start putting weight on and even the tinest bit of fat you’re going to be so hard on yourself and you’ll restrict your diet so much that you won't be able to eat the favorite foods you want to and you'll be hungry all the time angry and aggitated all the time and completely miserable. Trust me having a 6 pack sucks and that shit has to be maintained EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY otherwise if you slip up even once itll be a bastard to get back

I don't really care tbh! I suppose I'd prefer if they weren't too ripped because then they are not usually comfy to cuddle and also they tend to be obsessed with the gym and have strange diets and make me feel fat haha I generally don't care about body though as long as they have a nice face!

As long as they weren’t really unhealthy it wouldn’t bother me in the slightest as to whether they were ripped or not, I’d just require them to be healthy this doesn’t mean no junk food because we all love that but it means they aren’t just eating junk food all day everyday and doing absolutely nothing for days on end

Don't mind it if he has that, but is not important at all.
I like a guy to be able to lift me up, but I only weigh about 55 kg/120lbs so that is quite easy for most.

What I dislike, is a guy obsessed with his looks who spends all his time in the gym. Skinny, fat or fit doesn't matter, personality does.

I actually don’t really like big muscles I just prefer a little of definition. A subtle six or four pack or even just the V-line/the lines on the side of the stomach is more my type.

Personally, I don't. It's unnatural and reminds me of like a weird horse ham man. Lol. A little tone can be nice as it's nice to have a strong guy, but rock hard is offputting.
