Haha yes! It would make the relationship more fun😂20
Depends which sports and which rival.
I like Michigan State. Hell no to Michigan and Ohio State.
I like all 4 Detroit teams.
If she is an Indians fan, no. White Sox fan, maybe. Royals or Twins fan, yes.
If she is a Bruins, Blue Jackets or Blackhawks fan, no. So basically no B team.
Anybody but the 76ers, Cavaliers or Celtics.
I can‘t date a Bears or Packers fan. Vikings fan, I might.0
No, I could not. I am a PSG fan and I could NOT date an OM fan. No matters how hot, smart or rich she is. I don't mind.
I don't remember who said this words but they're gold :
"In life, you can change wife, religion, nationality, life style or political's point of view... but you CANNOT change the football team you loves : it's in your DNA"0
What Girls & Guys Said
Yes!!! That would make things more interesting during classic games. I know I would love it. If he supports Real Madrid, I’d be laughing. 🤣 Overall, I do think that having too much in common can make things almost boring.20
It would really be a non issue.0
I dont place that much weight in sports. I love to play sports but hate watching. Watching makes me stir crazy. So I guess to tailor it to my situation I guess the question would be could I date a rival? Heck yea I got nothing but love for my competitors and if a girl can compete in a sport I like to play then sure I would have no problem.10
I’m not a fan of sports but this does happen between my parents who’ve been married for over 30 years. The one time my dads team beat my moms team, she refused to talk to him for rest of the day lol30
When we lived in the Philippines, my fiancé & I supported opposing basketball teams. Now that we're back in the USA, we'll very likely be doing the same with MLB, NBA, NFL teams. As usual, he'll be taking things more seriously. Maybe, much more now.10
No. I am very very competitive and also let me being right and being the winner.
But having said that, I hate watching sports. So I would probably never date one of those manic sports fans.20
I’d have to give a fuck about sports in order for there to be a rival I’ll just tag along and watch him mak a fool of himself20
As long as he can take humorous comments about his team...10
Yes l would its like Rangers and Celtic in Scotland they hate each other and people have been killed over it its two football teams they are both from Glasgow10
Yes, I wouldn't date someone who is politically opposite me but I can deal with someone who likes a rival sports team10
Maybe. Don't support any team in particular. Just have a team I want to see beaten.10
Sure. I don't judge people on what teams they like or don't like10
Yeah, so long as she knows i'm not going easy on her when my squad destroys hers.10
Sure cause sports don’t matter at the end of the day.10
Hell, I married one before. She is a die hard Cowboys fans... yech...0
No, I feel like Boston Celtic female fans would be bitches11
Yes, it wouldn't matter and I don't take sports rivalries too seriously.0
I am a BIG Dodger fan. I would date a Giants fan. I would like to torture her. I would try to sleep with her sister or friends.0
i'm not a "fan" of any sports team so this doesn't matter to me at all xD0
Maybe. My sister wouldn't. She put on her dating profile "if you're a Cubs fan swipe left".10

Yeah. I don't care about sports that much. The only thing i watch is soccer. But I don't feel so passionate about it where I would hate the other person because they like a different team than me. Especially if they are rivals. I acknowledge each soccer team has it's own best set of skills. I wouldn't argue that Leo Messi is better than Neymar da Silva Santos for example. They are both good players and work well together.
