My friends don't approve of my boyfriend

Now I truly beleive in putting my friends before guys. But I'm with a guy who none of them approve of. He's kind of a bad boy but he's really sweet and I think I might be in love. My biggest concern is first of all, he's already dated a few of my friends, and also he apparently cheated on me by slapping another girls butt. I'm not sure what to do he's the sweetest and most romantic guy I've ever dated but I care too much about my friends who tell me this will only end in heartbreak, I want my friends approval and really do want to avoid heartbreak, but I'm not sure if it's worth breaking up with someone who I really care about...

You already hold with you facts about him and with that some of your friends already went out him him..Your torn between your friends and the person you care about..Better consider your friends point of view for your sake as well..I have female friends in the past were we did not approve of her guy..simply because of his persona and his record..If you guy is really worth it he would put an effort hanging with you and your friends to prove them wrong..If you think this is not worth it break it off with him the soonest if you prolong this further drama will definitely come your way..As from my end I say this out of experience we actually cut our ties with a female friend because she end up with a BUM and lazy guy..To the point when she needed financial assistance we had to provide her support but we can only do so little and got fed up in the process..As for you you might end up having a quarrel with your friends in the end..take your time its entirely up to you

They are only looking out for you, they've clearly had bad experiences from him and think he's bad news... So of course they are going to worry about that and want to warn you. Personally I don't get the whole thing of needing friends approval, I date who I want to date if my friends like them, great, if not, who cares I'm the one dating this person.

thats one of the worst things to have is your friends not liking your boyfriend maybe you need to listen to what they have to say and if you don't agree with them then you have to tell them to accept me into dating him

If your friends have dated him and they don't like him I would trust their opinion. Personally I'd never date a friends sloppy seconds.

As for the ass slapping, that doesn't really constitute cheating. Merely flirting, if you're offended you need to establish some boundaries.
