Tell her to date her phone and leave me alone. I am not playing 2nd fiddle to a phone. Dates are to be taken seriously to get to growth with your partner.
Extremely put off... If I make time for you I make time.. I expect my courtesy and respect to be matched. Should they feel offended I'm very happy to part ways amicably
Thinking about it for some more secs, there's a very slim chance ill stay and make the rest of the date as annoying or cringy af. Like talk about myself non stop and even go as far as say its "disrespectful" to interrupt someone in the middle of them talking just to never let her talk. And i would do it all under the supposed conviction that im a great guy and catch and how high class i am. Until i suddenly say that its been a great date still with no room for her to talk and that i really have to be going even if its like 22 oclock. Shell have to really be uninterested to get that much on my nerves🙂
Probably unlikely a next date would be in the cards. Unless she's REALLY hot and made up for the phone at dinner during sexy time later that night. . . Then I might be able to tolerate it.
@Screenwriter I think you're right, but for a short time if she's at least lots of fun when she's on I could probably deal with the phone time. One solution would be just not to go out and only have her come over to get it on.
@Screenwriter I'd agree to the second part but not the first. Like i said at the top of all this, she'd have to be REALLY hot and fun for me to want to do this. But I'll be honest--if she were, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
I'm teasing of course. I am easily amused too. There's a lot to laugh at in life. Putting up with a phone dater is most likely the only low standard anyone would have. It's another type of narcissism.
Being constantly contacted is a kind of "high." You're so important people have to text you all the time. The number of texts attests to this. It's the "ratings" "followers" tally. Linked to self esteem.

I would think they are disinterested in me and kind of rude. At that point I'd get the waitress number and let her finish texting.
If be like, "Next" or be an ass and text him while you're across the table and text, "I'd like to leave now, I'm way better then your phone!"
That's the end of the date. I'd leave without making a sound, Ninja turtles style.
I've done it before. Lol

Cut the date short. Obviously they have something better to do.
I would try to cut the date as short as possible and no second date
I'd get up and leave. I would not pay for my food either.
I would leave and go home or make it that last date.
I'd feel shame. She can't even be bothered to engage, I must be great company
It would be obvious that she was not interested, so there would not be another date.
I am very blunt, I dont like dancing around things, I would just ask why are you on the phone so much.
Hate it.. not just a date.. even hanging out with friends... i make them put it away n focus more on conversations
I'd be annoyed cause dude, if you wanted to use your phone, why making me sit and watch ya do that. You could just sit and do so comfortably at home
time to end dare say you pay your half I pay my half an bye that way you don't owe them any thing for a cruel date
That would be the last date. I don't even like friends doing this when we're together. Extremely rude.
It would probably raise the question will she even give attention to me if we start dating.
I'd leave the money for my half of the check and leave.
I would be patient twice or thrice, until im not and simply leave.

Think you'd get tired of it pretty quick, tho. A hot woman who treats you like a person can be found.

She'd probably watch porn while you do it... Once an addict!!!
@Screenwriter Hahaha! That may not be too bad for a couple of months!
You have low standards and are easily amused. Ha to you!

@Screenwriter True. I guess if the sex can't convince her to put down the phone it probably means I need to learn a few more tricks! lol!
You know it's just some weird type of addiction. Have to check their updates, messages, status, post pics... Can't be out of touch...
@Screenwriter True true. Its kinda weird considering how uninteresting most messages can be!
