Yes, if it’s extreme. Acne simply isn’t a very attractive trait. Everybody deals with it at some point in their life (some more than others), but if it’s extremely severe then I’m not really attracted to that person. You can still get a girlfriend and live a happy life. Just find a girl who doesn’t mind your acne, or just go to a dermatologist and see if there’s any good treatments for you.
Acne is objectively unattractive but like it's not an end all be all. The girl was probably just talking shit like everyone does without any real intended malice. Don't ever define your self worth or how attractive you are because of what someone else thinks or says. Drink more water tho!

I had bad acnes on my face. I have been dealing with it for years and since last a month, I realized that I don't have acne anymore
